Create your account
Bredbox is in open beta. Anyone can create an account at bredbox.app/signup, and every new account starts with a 30-day Basic trial — no credit card required.
Create your account
Section titled “Create your account”- Go to bredbox.app/signup.
- Choose how you want to sign in:
- Email and password if you want a dedicated Bredbox login.
- Apple, Google, GitHub, or Microsoft if you want to use an existing account.
- Finish the prompts on screen. Email and password sign-up includes a quick check that confirms you’re a real person.
- If you signed up with email and password, open the confirmation email and follow its link before you try to sign in.
Whichever method you pick, stick with it: always sign in with the same method you used to create the account.
Sign up from the mobile app
Section titled “Sign up from the mobile app”The mobile app sends you to the website to register:
- Open the Bredbox app and tap Sign up on the login screen.
- The app opens
bredbox.app/signupin your phone’s browser — create your account there. - Return to the app and tap Login.
- Sign in with the method you just used to register.
What to do after your first sign-in
Section titled “What to do after your first sign-in”Once you’re in Bredbox, these are the best next steps:
- Save your first link so you can see how your library works.
- Already have saves in Pocket, Instapaper, or browser bookmarks? Import your library — it’s the fastest way to make Bredbox feel like home on day one.
- Visit Settings to review your profile and account details.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”I didn’t get my confirmation email
Section titled “I didn’t get my confirmation email”Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn’t arrived, use Resend verification email on the check-your-email screen. That screen also links to Log in and Forgot password?, which are the right next steps if you already have an account for that address.
I signed in with the wrong provider
Section titled “I signed in with the wrong provider”Sign out and try again with the same method you used when you first created the account.
The verification check will not complete
Section titled “The verification check will not complete”The check needs JavaScript enabled in your browser. If your browser blocks it, sign up with Apple, Google, GitHub, or Microsoft instead — those work without it.
